Hi,

Is there any limit on the number of network interfaces when creating a bond-LACP during the installation wizard?

I am trying to create a bond-LACP with 4 network interfaces, and nothing is being generated. I mean, my system powered on, and I cannot see any Netplan file or any bond after running the ip link show command.

My DL360 Gen10 firmware version is 2026.07.00.00 (release date 7 August 2026), and I installed Ubuntu 26.04 with 9.1.

I was thinking of starting to create a bond-LACP with 2 network interfaces and, once the installer finishes, add the remaining interfaces to the bond via Netplan.

Any clue?

Hi, The same thing happens in my nested lab: If I enable an active/backup bond, the configuration is lost when configuring the management IP.
