Hello.

Does it have a function for creating and deploying templates?
If so, please tell me the steps to create them.

Or is it equivalent to a virtual image?

Virtual Images are templates if comparing to other platforms, for example. You can configure their OS characteristics once it is created and use it for easy self service provisioning.

If using full Morpheus Enterprise, you can do advanced layouts and configurations with attached workflows.

For Linux flavors, I recommend to do some research on cloudinit, which works very will in VM Essentials.
