Automate Netbackup via Custom Attribute Tag

Summary

As a customer and backup operator, I want to automate my Netbackup to a set Schedule using “VMware Custom Attributes” (tags) in Morpheus, so that backups are automated based on VM attributes. i.e there is an ability to enter/update and delete custom attributes in VMware via a specific tag in Morpheus that can be controlled via the standard API’s

Acceptance Criteria

A customer tag on the VM server in Morpheus, that can be updated via code and updates the “Custom Attribute” in VMware (NETBACKUP), tested against the PCE installation using code-based updates

Functional Requirements

Ability to create VMWare “Custom Attributes” in Morpheus
Ability to update (CRUD) tag via API
New attribute TAG updates changes to VMware when changes are made

This would be useful in so many situations. Even with backup automation, same mechanism can be used not only for Netbackup, but other products too.
