Window server instance Login failed

I have created a Windows Server instance, and it has been provisioned successfully, but I cannot log in to it. I have followed all the settings correctly and also set a password in setting provisioning section for administration, but I still cannot log in. Kindly provide guidance to resolve my problem.

i have not uploaded the images its Morpheus built in image . I have created node type and instance type and layout type using the image provided by Morpheus

This kind of depends on your settings applied to the Virtual Image + how the template was prepared. You may be in a situation where Morpheus is not able to configure the deployed VM beause of sysprep configs, credential issues, networking constraints, etc.

What cloud did you deploy to? I thought we got rid of the Windows 2012 references long ago. If this is Azure it uses the cloud-init settings to deploy. Username for Cloud Init cannot be admin administrator or root
