If Morpheus has access to the host, then yes, should be able to.

I believe Hyper-V 2025 as a direct cluster works, but there may be issues with SCVMM 2025. The team is currently investigating.

This should make it possible to create support tickets in case of any issues.
Unfortunately, we’ve also been experiencing some issues with SCVMM that have remained unresolved for quite some time. My personal assessment is that Hyper-V/SCVMM currently isn’t a high priority on the roadmap and is receiving very little development time.
