    <description>&lt;P&gt;The site is not down on my end.  It’s possible the firewall is filtering your region or some conflict there.  Or it could be standard cloud outages (AT&amp;amp;T has been down for my home most of today even &lt;IMG src="https://emoji.discourse-cdn.com/twitter/confused.png?v=12" title=":confused:" class="emoji" alt=":confused:" loading="lazy" width="20" height="20" /&gt; )&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;It looks like potentially your connection is coming from a proxy flagged by AWS.  Unfortunately, we are bound by the enforcement and you’ll have to use an alternative connection to reach the site.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
