MA8000 cache ECB battery is defective.

Hello，everyone

I have a MA8000 , I didnt use it so long time. I think the battery is Discharge now. when I power on this MA8000. the battery LED State (LED's 1, 2 then 3 respectively) is Off Off On or Blinking. Yellow fault is ON. others LED's is OFF. but when I change a new Battery core, the state is same. I change lots of Battery Core. so I have a question, how to do can clear the ECB battery defective state. I think this is defective because of DisCharge. I appreciate your help

Hi

while we replace the cache battery, we need to replace the whole ECB battery module, not just battery core.

please refer to attachment for replacement procedure, otherwise, please call HP hot line

But The HP Company provide Battery Core only in china. I called HP hotline, They need check, so I have to try to resolve.
