Shu,

Your customer can logon to InfoSight and grant your access by navigating to Permissions from the Setting menu drop down. Your request would be visible on the Permissions page.

It is possible that your customers spam filters are blocking the email from InfoSight. Has your customer contact logged onto InfoSight recently?

Brian

Hello,

I'm trying to access a client's Nimble Array via InfoSight. I've requested permission for access, but my customer contact says he hasn't seen the email.

Is there any way I can find out who the email was sent to?

Thanks,

Shu

Brian,

Thanks! That's exactly what happened. Once we identified who was receiveing the mail, it turned out that individual was having it sent to his spam folder.

Sometimes the simplest explanations are the best.

Shu
