Outlook Missing Help Button

My Outlook is not well;).
I was having problems sending and recieving today. I restarted the computer and Outlook is missing the help button. I did a detect and repair with no success. I had a program called SpamInspecter by a company called Giant which Microsoft bought, this program no longer works either. Can anyone help with the Help Button?
Any ideas about the Spam Inspector by Giant Software Company(great program until now)?

open outlook, right click on the area where you have the menu, in the context windows, select customize, and then select again the help button, this should put it back in the menu

The actions and help buttons diappeared in Outlook. Was able to add then back in. Do not know why they disappeared.
