I would like to know if there is a way to transfer a dvd movie frome the dvd drive to c folder oc the harddrive?

Sometimes you cannot copy from some dvd's
It says access denied.

Then search on the net for copying softwares.
They will allow you to do so.

All DVDs have some type of encryption (to prevent illegal copies from being made, wink wink). Sure you could copy the movie to the hard drive, and sure you could play the move then. But the movie is still encrypted and will look garbled with just static. As suggested above you can look for software that will allow you to do this.

There are lots of softwares used to "rip" DVD movies to the HDD.
