That's Test and Measurement stuff so it went to agilent when they spun it off. There is an upgrade at:

http://we.home.agilent.com/cgi-bin/bvpub/agilent/Product/cp_Product.jsp?OID=536882012&NAV_ID=-12362.536882012.00&LANGUAGE_CODE=eng&COUNTRY_CODE=ZZ

but it may require that you already have the software which shipped with the card.
