for Photo Editor where do i get Microsoft Effects? i got a ripped version that didn't come with them. can u help?

Hello Nathan,

Can you please clarify what you mean by Microsoft Effects? There is no Microsoft product, that I know of, called by this. Is it supposed to be an add-on, plug-in, etc? Can you pass along more information about what Microsoft Effects is supposed to be/do, how did you hear about it, etc?

MS Photo Editor is part of the MS Office suite. It has an effects editor as part of the product, but its capabilities are minimal. MS has PhotoDraw 2000 (version 2) that significantly expands the capabilities that it seems you are trying to accomplish. PhotoDraw is part of MS Office 2000 - Premium Edition, or is available as a separte product. More info on the product can be found at http://www.microsoft.com/office/photodraw/default.htm
