    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Experts,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am poor fellow when working with Script on Windows So i would&amp;nbsp;need your help.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;To take A decision i need to check few things in a particular order.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1. Check if a File abc was modified or not in last&amp;nbsp;X minutes. if yes check next condition else action.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2. Check if the size of file is greater than XXX KB/MB/GB. if it not check next else action.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Could you please assist me to achieve the same with perl script?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks in advance.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;KAKA&lt;/P&gt;</description>
