    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, is there anyone here who encounter that ur desktop unable to do a system recovery althought u have enter F11 after restart? for me, it show "windows is loading files...." for extremely long time. even i left over nite it same. anyone can help me?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Have you ever reinstalled OS or did any action&amp;nbsp; to change disk partition? If so, it will lead to F11 function fail to use.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If so, Please contact with local HP Support Center&amp;nbsp;to gain further assistance.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
