topic Quick Recovery Problems in Operating System - Microsoft

The problem with my laptop begain with me losing Internet Explorer. It simply would not open. Therefore I of course could not search the web because AOL is my server. Then i had problems opening other programs. Lasty, I couldn't even get completely logged on....I would get a blank black screen.

So I did the Quick Recovery...Full....and now my screen stops at the license registration. It will accept my name, but when it gets to accepting the agreement, it won't allow me to. I cannot make a selection or move forward or backward. I tried it again, and the same thing happened.

What can I do, my laptop is just not working at all.
