Windows Server 2008 is not a supported Operating System for that server.

You need the HP Integrity Servers with Microsoft Windows Server 2003 Smart Setup Guide.

I "googled" it and found: http://docs.hp.com/en/5992-4502/5992-4502.pdf

Hope this helps.

Steve

Hi,
I am trying to install Windows 2008 Server on an rx1620 using a console. It gets as far as the SAC prompt, but what am I supposed to do from there? A video card is available, but I don't know how to get it working.

Thanks

Thanks for your reply. I just had to change the setting for the primary console in EFI and I was able to install using the video card.
