Hey,

there is obviously a known issue with the HP DL380 G5 server and windows 2008 x64.

I have consulted all the official HP documentation and it says to just insert the DVD media and install.

All this does is a cause a blue screen of death.
Its awesome to see HP selling ultra expensive products that do not work as per the documentation.

so I was forced to find this link and now I have to basically destroy the entire factory setup just to install the OS.

What exactly does my DND support contract cover?

this link explains in much more detail:
http://www.petri.co.il/forums/archive/index.php/t-30681.html

I must say I am disgusted with the lack of support and documentation OF KNOWN ISSUES!!!

You will most likely be hearing from the national account manager.
