dcpromo.exe can't install

I bought HP StorageWorks X1600 12TB SATA with Windows Storage Server 2008 has been installed. When I would apply the settings Domain Controller and install Active Directory, it can't be done!!! When I type 'dcpromo.exe' settings screen does not appear. So what's the problem and solution?

Note: The Active Directory Role has been installed

I haven't done any research on this but I wouldn't expect to be able to make a Windows STORAGE Server into a DC.

i think thats not supported, the storage server as DC.
