Installation Problem Windows Server 2008 Small Business SP2

Hi,

i have Problems to install SBS 2008 on a ML 350 G6.

When i want to install the OS the Installation will do nothing some Hours on "Installation finishing" after the First Reboot. When i do a "Press and Hold" and Reboot the installation say i have a bad Installation and i have to install once more.

The Installation media is a "Microsoft Small Business Server 2008 Standart SP2" from HP.

I have try to install with another media from HP without Service Pack 2 and the Installation works fine. Then i have try to Install Service Pack 2 from after the installation from a Microsoft Download. The Installation will work but after the Reboot the Server does not boot. Then i can only do "Press and Hold". After this the OS will boot but some Seconds after Logon the System do nothing. To open an Explorer i have to wait 10minutes.

I have try another Media
I have Check the Hardware ( Is the second one )

Anyone know about Problems betwen ML Hardware Components and SP2 ?

Firmware is from Maintaince Media 9.00

Hi mabu,

Download current firmware and mos recent smartstart media.

Hint:
Download it from HP USA site.
