    <description>I running win server 2008 R2, 64 bit and am trying to use the wizard for that exact operating system. It will download and install OK ; but, when I click on it to open, nothing happens. I have tried to uninstall and install again with no luck.&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks, Joe</description>
