Hi, I am having a strange problem on my Probook 4520s running WS 2008. I need to enable VT in the bios to create a 64bit VM, soon as I do that windows wont boot, I just get a bunch of white lines on the screen.
As far as I can tell I have installed all the necessary driver packs from HP, specifically for the intel chipset as well.

Any help or advice would be much appreciated.

thanks
Paul
Hi Paul,

1. Probook 4520s does not support Windows 2008.
2. Windows 2008 VT requires a supported Chipset and system BIOS.

I think Windows 2008 VT will not work.

http://h10010.www1.hp.com/wwpc/in/en/sm/WF06a/321957-321957-64295-3955552-3955552-4145198.html

Thanks
