DL580 G7 running 2008

Got a DL580 running 2008 R2 SP1 with PSP 8.70. Server is a Hyper-V host connected to Equalogic Sans. It has a NC375i, NC382T and a NC365T installed.

The integrated NIC (NC375i) is being used as the iscsi network connector.

Had an issue yesterday when the server dropped all the drives and we were unable to ping the san via this card (san and switches ok as we have other hosts). Performing traceroutes it was routing the traffic via the management IP range. (Servers routing table was ok) Disabling the NIC made no difference. Only way to bring the server back was a reboot.

Any one got any ideas? not sure if this is hardware, software, switch issue!
