    <description>Dear all,&lt;BR /&gt;  i am having windows 2008 server in my site with HPAE311A (Q LOGIC QLE 2460) HBA card connected with EMC2 CLARRION AX4 SERIES SAN storage through Cisco MDS 9124 san switch.The OS can detect the LUN in device manager and showing offline through diskmanagement.i have tried with drivers provided by Qlogic and HP sites also.&lt;BR /&gt;Please suggest how proceed.....</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Please check the status of the ports on the HBS card using the Q logic utility ( LPutil) . and check the path details of drives to the SAN box&lt;/P&gt;</description>
