Unfortunately, I cannot install this software. It tells me about error, this software doesn't match with operation system and/or firmware version. I tried on Windows server 2003 and 2008, x32 and x64.

Try this:

- Download the Network Configuration Utility.
- Use WinZIP to extract the NCU files.
- Select one of the local area network connections, and then select Properties. Click Install.
- Select the Protocol option, and then click the Add button.
- Select the Browse option, point to the directory where the extracted NCU files are located, and let the system complete the installation.

Once the installation is complete, the following files, which are located where the NCU files were extracted, need to be copied to %systemroot%\system32:
- NALicense.exe
- HQNALic.dll
- HQPELic.dll
- NALICENSE.HLP

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
It's solved!!!
For Broadcom network adapter you have to use Broadcom Advanced Control Suite 3.
You can download it from http://www.broadcom.com/support/ethernet_nic/driver-sla.php?driver=NX2-Mgmt-x86-64.
It works on windows server 2003 and 2008, x32 and x64.

Sir, I am trying to install Windows 2008 Enterprise x32 on a DL140 G2.

I select the correct OS on the installer DVD, agree, format one of the drives and hit next.

I get "Windows could not prepare the partition selected for installation."

OK

You said you sucessfully installed 2008 x64. How did you get past this, is it a disk driver problem?

Thank you.
