    <description>Hi:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I think the primary reason is the intentional/unintentional powering off of the computer while Windows (any version) is running, especially if applications have open files. Second, would probably be a failing hard disk drive or RAM and third, a failing power supply. The primary reason includes numerous possible hardware and software problems/issues.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Does that answer your question, or would you like me to elaborate.&lt;BR /&gt;</description>
