    <description>PC HP/NT4.0/Sp6/DHCP Client.&lt;BR /&gt;I installed new pc under a network DHCP (NetServer LH3/NT4 DHCP server)and I had this error when I start an application (emulateur terminal) this error appear only under a simple user account not when your are logged as administrator.&lt;BR /&gt;Can you help me please!&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks&lt;BR /&gt;</description>
