I want to install windows server 2012 to test hyper v replica feature on HP Blade BL490c G6, but during the installation em getting error for storage controller not found... please help or tell me some way around to install .. Thanks

Windows 2012 is not a supported operating system for G6 servers.

That doesn't seem to match when the BL460 G6 page shows Windows 2012 drivers from HP for various hardware components on that server.

Addtionally, the HP Smart Array 410i controller is listed as having Windows 2012 drivers here:

So for you to say it doesn't have support doesn't jibe. It clearly does have some level of "support".

I need a mass storage driver that will let me see the drives so I can partition and install Windows 2012. I have tried all available drivers and they all say they don't match my hardware, and even when I tell it to install the driver anyways it won't see any drives.

Where can I find one that works please? Thank you.

Also, the chart on page 5 on your Windows 2012 install doc here:

shows that the BL460c G6 IS supported as a minimum.
