    <description>&lt;P&gt;IT department is having trouble connecting any new HP product remotely to the Windows2012 R2 server.&amp;nbsp; The message received is "Connection is lost" no other information.&amp;nbsp; Have tried refreshing computers etc.&amp;nbsp; Not sure why only HP's trying to find out if it is a consistent firewall issue or driver.&amp;nbsp; Have not had this issue with any other products (ie: Lenovo, Samsung, Toshiba etc) The other systems connect right out of the box....&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We have recommended returning the HP and purchasing any other model??&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Last attempt was with HP Envy23 with Windows 8.1&lt;/P&gt;</description>
