    <description>&lt;P&gt;This is the VMWare VMCI Bus Device. Open your VMWare console to that 2012 server and at the top of screen click on VM&amp;gt;Guest&amp;gt;Install/Upgrade VMWare Tools. If it doesn't autorun, go to your CD/DVD device and open from there. Good luck&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I&amp;nbsp;have just installed windows server 2012 R2.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Device Manager:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Base system device driver not found.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Device PCI\VEN_103C&amp;amp;DEV_3307&amp;amp;SUBSYS_3381103C&amp;amp;REV_05\4&amp;amp;15d41075&amp;amp;0&amp;amp;02E7&amp;nbsp;was configured.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Driver Name: null&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Help please&lt;/P&gt;</description>
