    <description>Hello:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If you go to &lt;A href="http://www.hp.com/cposupport/information_storage/support_doc/lpg40837.html" target="_blank"&gt;http://www.hp.com/cposupport/information_storage/support_doc/lpg40837.html&lt;/A&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;you'll see that you need epatap2k.inf AND firmware upgrade to v3.01 AND Windows 2000-compliant software. There should be a link for each of those. &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I don't know what software/versions came with your drive but it's possible that you may be able to download an upgrade to something WIN2K-compliant at &lt;A href="http://www.roxio.com/en/jhtml/support/webcheckup.jhtml" target="_blank"&gt;http://www.roxio.com/en/jhtml/support/webcheckup.jhtml&lt;/A&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Good luck!</description>

      <title>PLEASE HELP ME!</title>

      <description>I'm having a hard time trying to get my cd writer plus 7200e series that's plugged into the printer port.&lt;BR /&gt;On my previos O/S i had my CDW working perfectly Now that i've upgraded to win2000 &lt;BR /&gt;I Havn't got it to work for a long time.&lt;BR /&gt;I 've been trying so many different drivers to &lt;BR /&gt;work but no success. I got the EPATAP2K.INF driver file Windows sees another drive now&lt;BR /&gt;but when i put any disk in the cdw the reading light stays on and my computer wont read the drive!&lt;BR /&gt;What do i do?&lt;BR /&gt;Please help me I can't go back to win98 without&lt;BR /&gt;formatting my Hard drives back to a fat32 file &lt;BR /&gt;system.&lt;BR /&gt;</description>
