HP ML110 G7, Installing windows server 2012 r2 Essentials HP ROK, recommended order of task

I am doing a first server install for server 2012, a few changes from the old 2003 & 2008 version, and wanted to check the correct/recommend order for installing items.

Server: HP ML110 G7 (250gb Raid 1 Systems Drive, 1tb Raid 1 Data Drive, 6Gb Ram)

OS: Windows Server 2012 R2 Essentials HP ROK

I am starting the server from the Windows Server disk, but once that is complete there are several tasks required, and I am not sure which is the best order, advice on this would be very much appreciated. The tasks I am running are:-

Install from Windows server 2012 r2 Essentials ROH HP DVD

Then which order for the following

Windows Updates,

HP SPP 2014.09,

Configure network Adaptor to static IP,

Windows, Configure Windows Server Essentials Wizard

Also are there any other tasks I am missing?? The Server is to be used as a basic file & print server.

Also which of the 2 network ports is recommend for use (1 sharing ILO with network, or 1 for ILO & 2 for network traffic)
