Dear Darav27

the information is too insufficient for a such comprehensive topic.
it may be a HW or SW (OS level) issue, but to identify it - I think the best way will be to open a ticket and with the help of the logs from your system, we will be able to solve the problem.

Everything else will be just a guess.

Thank you!

It would be better if the server has captured a Crash Dump / Memory Dump and Get this analysied from Microsoft /HPE team. If server has captured one, please get a Ticket and get analysed.

Bug Check 0x7F: UNEXPECTED_KERNEL_MODE_TRAP
https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-hardware/drivers/debugger/bug-check-0x7f--unexpected-kernel-mode-trap

Also, check if the issue on below adivisory matches for the issue faced on server:

https://support.hpe.com/hpsc/doc/public/display?docId=mmr_kc-0123447
