Updates are not showing in 2008 WSUS console

Hi Friends,

We have Windows 2008 WSUS server. Update syncronization is working fine. Also getting email from WSUS server regarding windows updates but When opening WSUS Console and Selecting "Unapproved" & Failed & Needed" and clicking Refresh. There is no updates are showing. See the attached file.

Would you please help me to resolve this issue.

Hi Anis,

You will have to either get in touch with Microsoft or your software vendor to check where the fault lies.
