    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks for posting your query in HPE Community !&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Regarding the symptom reported , please check the antivirus software installed on the machine. Try installing the update after removing the antivirus software.       <title>Windows Server 2008 R2 x64 August 2019 Cumulative Patch Installation Issue</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Server: Proliant&amp;nbsp;DL360 G8, OS: Windows Server 2008 R2 x64. Issue: After installing Windows6.1-kb4512506-x64 (August 2019 &lt;SPAN&gt;cumulative&lt;/SPAN&gt; patch) and restarting the system, OS reboots into recovery mode. Must use the DISM utility to remove the&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;cumulative&lt;/SPAN&gt; patch. Server restores to previous&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;cumulative&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;patch successfully and once again fully accessible.&lt;/SPAN&gt;. Anyone have resolution to this matter?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
