Windows Server 2019 on ML350 Gen9

Is Windows Server 2019 supported on ML350 Gen9 when I try installing from an ISO using ILO it gets to Staring Setup on the screen and does a reboots of the server.

As per the official documentation HPE ML350 Gen 9 is not supported for Windows Server 2019

Is it not supported because there are known issues with this hardware/software comination or it is because no-one cares for older server generations and they didn't even try?

I was considering using an HPE ML350 Gen9 too, but I see that even MS says it is not supported by Windows Server 2019 (thus, I guess, by Hyper-V Server 2019 too):

And the previous Hyper-V Server version (2016) is not so great as the 2019.
