reinstall OS

I have a problem for OS update.

I perform update on OS on 2008r2. when procedure complete, The new 2016 is not load.

Then I perform install 2016 from CD by ILO guide to install OS. It get error on Installing updating. (Windwows could not apply unattached settings).

Is there some security setup on bios or some setup I lost before install OS for HPE DL380 Gent8?

please help to solve this problem.

Remark: I change 2012r2 and get installation succesful.

Does DL380 gent 8 not support 2016? Some body can give advice for this issue?

Which CD are you using to install WS 2016, is it HPE provided OEM disk or something else

can I install Windows Server 2012R2 (or higher?) on the ML150 G6? I'm an HPE and Microsoft Partner trying to upgrade an inhouse server running WS 2008. the website is lacking in information. thanks.

Do you run Windows Server 2008 today? R2 or just 2008?

So you want to know if its supported to upgrade to 2012/2012 R2 - correct?
