As per the OS compatibility matrix WS 2016 is supported for ML 110 Gen 10 Server &lt;A href="https://techlibrary.hpe.com/us/en/enterprise/servers/supportmatrix/windows.aspx#ml" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;https://techlibrary.hpe.com/us/en/enterprise/servers/supportmatrix/windows.aspx#ml&lt;/A&gt; Have you already tried with original HPE DVD which came with the server at the time of purchase? If you are just trying with the Microsoft ISO downloaded from MS site it may not have all the required drivers for installation.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Volevo esporre un problema. Ho da poco acquistato questo server hpe p10812-421. Ho istalla 2 dischi ho fatto il raid 1 ma non riesco ad installare il nessun sistema operativo né il 2019 ne il 2016. Mi dà sempre un messaggio d'errore "impossibile trovare le condizioni di licenza........" Ho scaricato l'iso dal sito Microsoft. Ho provato con 2/3 metodi di istallazione: intelligent previsioning e in remoto tramite IOL. potere aiutarmi. Grazie&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;I wanted to expose a problem. I recently bought this hpe server p10812-421. I install 2 disks I did raid 1 but I can't install any operating system or 2019 or 2016. It always gives me an error message "unable to find the license conditions ........" I downloaded the iso from the Microsoft site.
