Hi,

We are trying to install HPE Insight Management Agent for Windows Server x64 Editions but it seems that for OS Windows Server 2019 is not supported.

When we try to install, we get this error: "The software is not supported for installation on this system. The installation program couldn't find the appropiate system management controller drive which is required but is not currently installed".

We have already installed all SPP updates.

Could you help us, please?

Gen10 server?
Not supported.
This works now differently. ILO is monitoring the system.

What about Gen9 servers ? Are they supported by this version of HP Insight Management ?

Same boat with Gen9 and Server 2019 here.

cp041529.exe says OS not supported.
Had to extract the archive and install agents_x64.msi manuallly.

Now i'm getting the data via SNMP for my monitoring solution just fine.

Thanks! This totally works - WIndows Server 2019 Proliant DL580 Gen 9. Install the pre-reqs (redistributables) in the extracted folder first - otherwise you will get DLL registration errors.
