Hi,

I'm locking for the newest firmware for harddrives and the current Support Pack für Windows

Can anybody help me?

Hello Fred,

Procedure to launch SPP on windows system:

1. Right click on downloaded SPP ISO, select mount

2. Find the launch_sum file and double click to open it

3. System will mount all the files locally and open up the browser window to proceed with deployment,

Select localhost guided update and follow onscreen instructions.

I Don't find the firmware for the hard drives. or there are implemnet in the storage controller?
