    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;U&gt;Nothing but grief!&lt;/U&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Bought less than one year ago.&amp;nbsp; Still under warranty.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Contacted HP support online in June, but no response.&amp;nbsp; Recently contacted support again with the same issues.&amp;nbsp; No response again!&amp;nbsp; This computer is VERY SLOW - when it runs - which isn't often!&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Updated this week to Windows 11, thinking it 'might' correct the speed of system, search issues, freeze ups, etc.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;For example, today it took me 4 minutes for the search icon to open up!&amp;nbsp; Then, it displayed "Microsoft Edge is not responding".&amp;nbsp; So far, I have been trying to use this new computer for over 90 minutes just to get anything to open and run, but NO luck!&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;I need a Hewlett Packard trouble shooter to call me ASAP -- but window again popped up saying HP support is not responding...&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; Apparently, I have no where to get help to make this machine run properly.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Any suggestions???&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Unfortunately, every time I reach out online to HP, I get the “HP Support&lt;BR /&gt;not responding” answer. Thought a computer expert could possibly help&lt;BR /&gt;me.. Apparently, at a dead end again. Thank you at least for getting back&lt;BR /&gt;to me... Nancy</description>
