DL360 Gen10 new install Server 2022

Hi, I installed a server DL360 Gen10 with the ms server std 2022 with Provisioning (F10). After setting the Partitioning it started the copying process. After a short time it comes with a window "Die Microsoft-Software-Lizenzbedingungen wurden nicht gefunden." it stops . How can I go further without setting the Key?

Also you may try updating the Intelligent Provisoning and check.
