SimpliVity 380 Gen10 G Node X 3 Intel Xeon Gold Processor (24 Cores)

We need to run 14-16 servers on the platform using VMWare - Windows 2022 Datacentre - looks expensive as we have to account for 72 cores. Can we use Windows 2022 standard ?
