Detection method for ILO firmware version using SCCM

Hi Forum

I am planning to update all my Gen8/Gen9 servers ILO firmware to 2.80 .Can someone tell me how to use a detection method in SCCM ? Is there a specific file or file properties that can tell me the firmware is updated to 2.80 version?

This can be verified from the iLO web interface.

For information in SCCM, you will have to engage the OS vendor.

I got the path of the existing ILO firmware version

Its Computer\HKEY_LOcal_Machine\System\CompaqPermanent\Host\Component\FirmwareVersionASCII\FWRev009

Now I can put my querry to find if the Value is >=2.80
