Ok, when I connect using earthlink, it says that the modem used is a conexant SoftK56 Data,Fax PCI modem. So I go and download the update for the conexant Soft 56k modem, and it doesn't work anymore. Now I've reformatted my computer and I go to this site and it says under the 6640C page that it comes with some kind of chameleon video/modem card. But the computer says I'm connecting with the conexant modem. What update do i need to download? please email tell me=).

Conexant is the brand of modem you have. Why are you trying to update the driver? Are you unable to connect with the current driver?
