LPQ 800 printer

I have HP LPQ 800 printer connected to Jetdirect 500x printerserver. Currently I configured this printer in my HP-UX machine and no problem but I want print to this printer using Windows and during the setup, I try several models of printer in Windows but I got garbage output.

Please help, I need to use this printer for my Windows application.

HI

There should be some driver CDs which has come with printer. Select the proper driver for printer in windows and configure, It should work. If at all the problem resides try from one another PC.

Is it printing from HPUNIX without any problem? If yes then there can't be a problem with printer.

Hi!

Yes, the printer work in HP-UX.

As far as I remember, there is no CD delivered for this printer and try to look also for a driver in the Internet but no LUCK!
