UEFI Enable & TPM enable ProLiant 360 dl Gen 10

For Win Server 2022 on a dl360 gen 10, Microsoft recommends UEFI with TPM activated. Neither was done before installation. 1. If I activate both, would that require reinstallation of the operating system? 2. If it does a require reinstall, is there a repair option? I have some time invested in a SQL database and I would hate to start over.

If I read the article correctly, could it be that UEFI and the TPM were never enabled? If that were the case, would enablling UEFI from the BIOS and also the TPM module affect the existing operating system that was installed, or would it be just conceptually registering the operating system and devices such as the hard drives?

A second way of clarifying the predicament. Is the order of installation important. In other words, UEFI and the TPM must be enabled first.

Yes, if you install TPM now, you might have to re-install the OS.
