installing windows server 2019 on hp gl380 gen 10 using Inelligent Provisioning

I am having severe issues with getting my servers installed. I have found a number of documents that give me different ways to get it done, but it still doesn't install the OS. The last message I get is this: Windows cannot find the Microsoft Software License Terms. I have downloaded the ISO many times and have made bootable USB and non-bootable USO with the iso file and token file. Any help would be very much appreciated.

I am using Windows Server 2019 Standard edition on the HP GL380 Gen10 servers.

Hello there, please take a look at this thread as it has many troubleshooting steps on how to get around this issue.

As we usually recommend, try to get the server on the latest versions of firmware for iLO, BIOS/ROM and Intelligent Provisioning.
