In this case, is the existing 2022 license not available?</description>

      <description>&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Do I need a 2022 rock license to upgrade to 2022 while using windows 2019?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Is it correct that the downgrade is supported on the downgrade kits and replacement recovery media requests portal site, but the upgrade is not supported? I wonder if I need to buy the license separately. Thank you.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>
