Hi,

This has to be rectified by your Network Admin or System Admin.
As these are new servers, may be they need to configure them to join the Domain or Active Directory, etc.

Thank You!
I work with HPE but opinions expressed here are mine.
Recent Support Video Releases

Hi,

before joint into domain the servers need to be able to see the network. Also a server can be stand-alone and not part of the domain.
I'm the System Admin and I never got this issue with the old servers DL360 Gen 9 I configfured.
It seems the problem is the configuration of the NIC cards but I don't understand what is wrong.
Thank you

-The NIC cards are :
Broadcom BCM57416 Ethernet 10Gb 2-port BASE-T OCP3 Adapter for HPE
Part #: P10097-B21 ( refer to the server QuickSpecs, page# 54 ) .
-The two servers are P28948-B21. I don't think is an harware issue because I have the problem on both servers.

The company provided the entire system already assembled, then the cards was already installed in the PCIE slot.
Do you hame more test I can do before call HP ?
Thank you
