Is there a way to test the connection for those adapters/SFP's/Fibre Cables on a Windows Server OS ?

Hi Gaby1,
Here the clarification required on your setup such as HPE Server, Windows OS installed and current status of the HBA in ILO.

1) Check the compatiblity : The HPE SN1100Q 16GB FC HBA will support the HPE Gen9 or later servers.
2) HPE SN1100Q 16GB FC HBA is supported by the following windows OS on HPE Servers.
Microsoft Windows Server 2012 R2
Microsoft Windows Server 2016
Microsoft Windows Server 2019
3) See the status of the HBA in ILO. I
4) Download the latest firmware and driver the HBA. Ex: For SN1100Q 16 GB FC HBA, refer Link1 or Link2.
5) Upgrade the system using latest SPP, so that all the components will get the updated firmware.
3) Install the FCinfo.exe tool on the windows server and test whether the HBA is visible along with its WWNs. Refer the link.

i know about the FCInfo Tool but i think i can't all the necessary information with this tool ... i want to get the RX and TX of the SFP for example.

You may use the QCC Utility which may help with the information that you are looking for.
